SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time. For couriering there is a once off fee for delivery unless in outlying areas in which case we will contact you regarding delivery costs.
Pickup from Store
You can purchase from any of the stores that sell Marios sauces. Remember, you will pay instore and cannot order from our online store and collect from one of our selected partners. Our stores are mentioned above, go in and look for the Marios wobbler advertising our delicious and full of flavour sauces.
The online stores have both got their own delivery schedules in place, where the arrangement is to delivery to you and no collection can be setup with the online stores.
For Flat Rate Shipping
We use a courier service to collect and deliver any parcel. While the utmost care is taken in ensuring a timely delivery, we are goverened by the courier and their collection and delivery schedule. We are always negotiating better delivery fees due the circumstances and nature of our business and are always trying our best to make sure that your delivery is packaged correctly and safely. This delivery service is arranged for anyone who prefers to rather have a delivery in stead of collecting or is arranged for those outside of KZN, South Africa.
Please note: Delivery within KZN can be next day or same day delivery. Delivery to other areas can take up to 2-3 working days. Outlying areas have been removed off the delivery list due to complications in delivieries. Please arrange an alternative delivery address.
LATE DELIVERY: As per our policy, for the late delivery of order, if the time delay is unreasonable you can be entitled for a refund of cost as per our Return/Refund Policy.
We ensure assured Refund to you for the specific product ordered from the Website, when you seek the refund as per the terms of the Terms of Service of the Website.
For Fourteen (14) days following shipment to you of the Product, EXCLUDING items marked as No Return accepted, you have ordered through us, you have an absolute guarantee of satisfaction from us. You may return/replace merchandise for a refund of the item price anytime during that 14-day period. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The product return include:
a.Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
b.Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out.
c.And return shipping charges.
